The deposit will be deducted from the remaining service(s) at the end of your appointment and you will pay the remaining difference. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Please note that I have a NO EXTRA GUEST/KIDS policy. Any guests or kids upon arrival during appointment time will need to be cancelled along with the 50% charge service fee, and you will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit again. ๐ข๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ค๐ซ๐ซ๐ ฮค๐จแช๐ญ ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ I understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen; however, I request that appointments are cancelled should be done within 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be subjected to a 50% service fee scheduled using the current card on file. Any deposit that were made will be forfeited and you will need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. Any declined cards for the 50% fee will require a 20% deposit (Venmo/PayPal) to secure any future appointments. ๐ฏ๐งแช๐ญ๐ค ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ โLetโs silence those phones!โ Phones can be distracting during your appointment; whether itโs your ringtone, notifications, answering texts, or even talking on the phone. I ask that all phones be silenced. Refusal to obey this phone policy will result in termination of any scheduled services, and your appointment will be cancelled along with 50% cancellation fee. ๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ ๐ข๐ค ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฑ๐จแช๐ฃ ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ There will be a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period is over, your appointment will automatically be cancelled without notice. If you are running behind please give me a call or text (414-514-0458) to let me know. In rare occasion I may still be able to service you. Any appointment that is cancelled will need to be reschedule on your end. ๐ฅแช๐ฑ๐ค๐จ๐ฆ๐ญ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ If you are booking with me and have a previous set done from another salon or another artist, please choose your choice set of service (classic, hybrid, etc.) then add on the โADD ON: Foreign Fillโ service. Foreign fill price will vary and will be subjected to be change depending on the condition of your lashes. I may require a removal with a new full set if the current set is unworkable. ๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ๐ง ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ Fills should be booked between 2โ2.5 weeks from the initial appointment, and must have more than 40% of attached lash extensions remaining after the removal of the outgrown lash extensions. Any fills booked after 3 weeks are automatically a full set. ๐ฏ๐ฌU ฮคแชU๐ข๐ง U๐ฏ ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ Any permanent makeup complimentary touch-up services should be scheduled between 6-8 weeks. If any cancellation or reschedule is done after the 8-week mark, you will be paying an additional fee. ๐ฑ๐ค๐ฅU๐ญ๐ฃ ๐ฏแช๐ซ๐จ๐ข๐ธ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐. Please do understand that I cannot get back the time I spent on the service. Cancellation Policy
VArtistry has the right to charge a 50% service fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
